Lochan of the Legend of the Lost Sword

Lochan of the Legend of the Lost Sword

This is located in Strathfillan on the West Highland way. It apparently gets its name form when Robert the Bruce (before he became King) was fleeing the massed ranks of clan MacDougall and facing being outrun, he ordered his men to dump their heavy weapons in this very Lochan so that they could make their escape.
